The target of the violence on previous days this week were north Indian taxi drivers, but on Thursday it was their union office at Mumbai Central.Even as several Maharashtra Navnirman Sena workers have been arrested, over the last five , MNS head Raj Thackeray, the man who allegedly triggered the violence, is still walking free.Raj is yet to be arrested, despite an FIR filed against him for threatening and intimidation. The government is still seeking legal opinion from the Advocate General on whether Raj should be arrested or not.“After a proper case is made out, whatever legally we are supposed to do – arrest him, what point to arrest him.
